The ERP system is an integrated system with a wide variety of functions. It is difficult to grasp the whole picture in a short period of time, understand ERP, and operate it correctly. At UNAIIT, we will strive to improve customer literacy by learning the basic concept of ERP and effective data organization methods through lectures by ERP experts.

ERP planning

If it is determined that the introduction of ERP is a necessary means for the customer, consider what kind of system can fit the customer and streamline the business for the introduction of ERP, and compare various ERP systems. I will continue to do it. 　 　

Selection of ERP

We compare the products of various ERP vendors from a neutral standpoint and propose them to our customers. In addition, we will consider and propose including customization so that we can respond to business customs that cannot be absorbed by ERP alone.

Business arrangement before introduction

Before introducing ERP, we will organize the work managed by the system before introduction and handwriting / spreadsheet software. We will review the entire business by journalizing the necessary system input work and unnecessary operations. It suppresses ERP customization as much as possible, prevents mismatches with the site, and reduces the risk of becoming "non-moving ERP".

Installation procedure and schedule management

Before introducing ERP, we will schedule what kind of work each department needs to do. We will systematically introduce ERP in consideration of data organization, data transfer decision, switching decision from existing system, etc.

IT infrastructure / cloud maintenance

We will improve the hardware environment and network on which ERP operates, and prepare resources as needed. In the case of SaaS ERP, we will maintain it, including security measures. 　 　

Development of operational rules

We will support the formation of consensus within the customer by establishing system operation procedures, authority settings, operation systems, data management methods for various operations, and internal control rules. 　 　

Introduction of ERP

We will take over the schedule and work with our customers to introduce ERP. If a barrier that was not initially envisioned becomes clear, we will respond flexibly. 　 　

ERP operation support

As we operate ERP on a daily basis, it is not uncommon for us to fail to achieve our initially envisioned goals or goals. UNAIIT has knowledge about data utilization after the introduction of ERP and efficiency of data input work. We will continue to support our customers even after the introduction in order to improve their ERP operation.
